By creating an account or using Katale Reels, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable local community guidelines.

2. User Content & Publishing Rights

You retain ownership of the original media and product listings you upload. By publishing content to Katale Reels, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, index, and stream your media within the app feed.

• You must not post copyrighted, deceptive, violent, or illegal content.
• Product listings without real media images or accurate details are subject to administrative removal.

3. Third-Party API Posting

When using integrated tools to upload videos to external platforms , you must comply with the third-party platform's terms of service and community standards.

4. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, spam marketplace feeds, or misuse automated scripts.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Katale Reels is provided "as is" without warranties of continuous uptime. Sellers and buyers interact at their own discretion.
